HED-1920-HDMI LCD Controller Board
A long-lifecycle, harsh-environment version of the proven DT-1920-HDMI: a single-board HDMI-to-LVDS controller engineered from the ground up for demanding industrial, medical, and infrastructure programs, wider power input, stronger protection, smarter thermal management, field-programmable panel support, and a fail-safe service model designed around product life cycles of ten years and beyond.

- Protection — resettable input fuse, reverse-polarity protection, surge/load-dump clamping, and independently fused backlight and panel branches (a shorted backlight harness trips only that branch)
- Thermal management — dual sensors driving graduated backlight power reduction at temperature extremes
- Power-fail awareness — input monitoring giving early warning so the panel shuts down in a controlled, panel-safe sequence
- Panel-protective sequencing — power/signal/backlight in the panel maker's exact order, guaranteed-off outputs during power-up, re-power lockout
- Field-programmable panel support — up to five stored panel timing profiles plus a protected factory default and a boot-time selector.
