HED-1920-HDMI LCD Controller Board
A long-lifecycle, harsh-environment version of the proven DT-1920-HDMI: a single-board HDMI-to-LVDS controller engineered from the ground up for demanding industrial, medical, and infrastructure programs, wider power input, stronger protection, smarter thermal management, field-programmable panel support, and a fail-safe service model designed around product life cycles of fifteen years.

Design features
- Protection — resettable input fuse, reverse-polarity protection, and independently fused backlight and panel branches (a shorted backlight harness trips only its own branch)
- Thermal management — an on-board sensor driving graduated backlight power reduction at temperature extremes, with an external sensor input
- Field-programmable panel support — up to five stored panel timing profiles plus a protected factory default and a boot-time selector.
- Fail-safe service — dual firmware images, USB-C update in under a minute, block-verified, automatic fallback on interruption
