Quality Statement

Digital View has faithfully enacted our mission statement and over the last 11 years (2006) we have developed and maintained a reputation with our customers for delivering consistently innovative, high-quality products backed by superior product support and customer services.

All our board level products are covered by a three year warranty, which is a direct reflection of the care and quality processes that we follow. By choosing long life capacitors and other discrete parts instead of the cheapest available, we pride ourselves on the reliability our products achieve. Our manufacturing process includes 100% functional testing of every controller, not just to verify image quality, but to ensure that every port and every feature operate as documented. Our quality process closely monitors product reliability and uses a continuous improvement philosophy to ensure each generation of product outperforms the last. Our support services and applications engineers act the role of customers, using our own products in real world applications to anticipate the questions and issues that will be raised when products reach the market.
